Bold Leonidas and his brave 300

"This is where we hold them! This is where we fight! This is where they die!"

Since 300 came out on DVD last Tuesday I thought it would be fun to draw a picture of Leonidas. 300 is based on a Frank Miller graphic novel of the same name. The graphic novel is based on the historical fight between the Persian King Xerxes and his massive army and Leonidas and his 300 Spartans. It really is a great movie and I have already watched it way too many times, but this movie just doesn't get old for me. The visuals of the movie are definetly the winning achievement of this film, and they stay very true to the artistic look of Frank Millers book. Anyway go watch 300 if you haven't yet, and if you have already seen it...well then go watch it again.
